The Herald & the Shield

"The Herald and the Shield" is a game concept created for a narrative design unit. A team of 3 designers worked on the prototype of this project.

"The Herald and the Shield" is an isometric dungeon crawler set in the country of Innera during an invasion by the Agrymetian Empire. The player controls Lusine, a woman, who after an attack by the Empire is now host to an entity known as the Herald of Sorrow. Lusine while on the run, uses the Herald’s power to fight off the Agrymetian invasion and the Maere Arms which wants to imprison her to seal the Herald away.
